The Chrysler Foundation Donates $100,000 to Haiti
The Chrysler Foundation gives $50,000 (USD) each to Oxfam America and the United States Fund for UNICEF to assist with life-saving and recovery operations in Haiti
The Chrysler Foundation has donated $50,000 (USD) to both Oxfam America and the United States Fund for UNICEF to support their earthquake relief and recovery efforts for the residents of Haiti. The Company also continues to support Haiti relief
efforts through initiatives with its employees, dealers and retirees.
“The Chrysler Foundation expresses support to the people of Haiti who are struggling to recover from this devastating earthquake,” said Brian Glowiak, Head of The Chrysler Foundation. “Many relief organisations such as Oxfam America and UNICEF are gathering resources for immediate support to the impoverished nation, as well as in the long term as Haiti works to rebuild its infrastructure and the Haitian citizens work to rebuild their lives and communities.”

In celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s birthday, the Company organised a series of volunteer activities for employees in the Detroit and Toledo regions.
