We are finding that our new Audi has something more to discover every time we drive it – we are slowly uncovering all the treasures it has to offer! All in all it is fantastic!

The time is now overdue to recognise you and your colleagues at Audi Gold Coast f or the superb customer service that you and the Audi team have down to perfection. From the first time we walked in the door , nay even before that, when you and I first spoke on the phone, you were not only courteous but went out if your way to make me feel comfortable and to get to know you . When Greg and I arrived at the show room we were greeted like long lost friends even though it was our first face-to-face meeting.

On that first day it was our intention to ‘window shop’ but we returned the next day and walked out of the show room having put a deposit on a beautiful black Audi A6 that was too good to resist. Never did we regret it for one moment.

We greatly appreciated the time you spent with us and the care you took to ensure that we were well looked after at all times. Greg particularly enjoyed your anecdotes – it was like buying a car from a friend rather than a salesman!

barnes2The delivery day was memorable and beautifully executed. We trust that we played our part by dressing for the occasion as a tribute to you and staff for planning the event and presenting us with extra goodies, which were much appreciated. The flowers have been decorating our entry hall until yesterday. Thank you for the follow-up notes and photos, which arrived as promised.

Doing business with you and the Audi staff was an absolute pleasure and definitely exceeded our expectations even though we had heard nothing but praise for everyone at Audi from our friends the Benhayons. In a world where customer service seems to be a forgotten word, it is a joy to encounter a company whose Customer Service Philosophy remains ‘old fashioned’. Although everything else about the company including its technology and cars, is leading edge.

We will enjoy our car for years to come and also enjoy being part of the Audi family – thank you for welcoming us to the fold.

As I wrote to Brett Frizelle in response to his letter, “there is now quite a fleet of Audis driving around Lismore and surrounds and they tend to congregate whenever there is a Universal Medicine event. Actually the rumor around these parts is that Universal Medicine is now breeding Audis”. I could have added “thanks to Peter Hancock!”

The whole process was memorable and we would have no hesitation in recommending James Frizelle’s Automotive Group in general, and the Audi Centre Gold Coast in particular to anyone looking for a car.
